Project Management

FES are able to project manage the sustainability element of any project. One of our technical team is allocated as project manager and it is their job to liaise with all relevant personnel throughout the design and construction phases to ensure that all sustainability criteria are met.

By liaising direct with the design, site and procurement teams and also with any other external consultants the project manager is able to take the entire workload off our client. This service has proved popular with clients who have very busy technical departments.
