FES successfully assist architects and developers through the Ecohomes assessment process. Ecohomes pre-assessments are often required at planning stage and FES has a track record of producing reports that help our clients gain planning permission.

From design stage through to post completion we aim to work alongside our clients to ensure that the relevant credits can be gained in the most cost effective manner.

Each case we begin is allocated to an individual assessor who will follow it right through to completion and our ethos is to complete the assessment with the minimum of cost and disruption. We treat each case as a separate project, meaning that no generic advice is given. By following the assessment process in this way we are able to save you money on your build cost by offering various different routes to compliance.
