LEED

LEED is an international assessment system which certifies commercial buildings relative to their sustainability credentials. Similar to BREEAM, the assessor is involved in the design process and evidence is gathered during the construction stage to enable the final certificate to be produced.
LEED assessments do take place in the UK, however as the method originated in the US most accredited buildings are outside of the British Isles.
FES employ accredited LEED assessors and are able to assist with projects wherever they may be. We provide training seminars based on the contrast between LEED and BREEAM to assist our clients in understanding the process in more detail and in deciding which method best suits a particular project.
