Residential Building Surveys

A full building survey may be carried out on any type of residential property. This type of survey differs from the RICS Homebuyer Report in that it is particularly suitable for properties which are old, large or constructed in a non standard fashion.
The purpose of the survey is to provide a detailed overview of the condition of the property and it's constituent elements and to identify any defects which will need attention. The report can also be tailored to suit the client's wishes and these should be established before the inspection takes place.
No valuation is present in the report but can be included upon the request of the client. Information on the cost of any potential repairs can also be added by the surveyor.
