Building Defects

A building defect may become apparent but the cause and remedy may be unknown. FES is able to draw upon the experience of our surveyors to diagnose property defects and to recommend further action that should be taken in order to remedy the problem.

Quotations can be gained independently from contractors and repairs can be project managed. Most building defects are caused by water ingress, ground movement or poor workmanship and they can usually be remedied by involving professionals as soon as they become apparent.
